Nicole specializes in art therapy, using a person-centered approach. She also has experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and Gestalt therapy. Nicole has a passion for helping people use counseling and art therapy to express things they can’t express otherwise. Nicole is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner and provisionally licensed art therapist.

The art therapy group will be an open studio model meaning that you bring your preferred art materials, we will bring the topic, group camaraderie and therapeutic safety.
