Mindi Wikstrom received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and is currently studying for her Masters in Counseling at Crown College. Her clinical interests are working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She was formerly a BHIS Worker who worked with children and adolescents on working with coping skills and correcting behaviors.

Mindi is currently completing her clinical training in Gottman's couples therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She practices from a creative trauma-informed lens and is empathic in her approach. Mindi specializes adolescents and young adults for therapy.
