Divorce Mediation in Nebraska

Resolve Conflict. Protect Your Children. Move Forward Together.

Healthy co-parent planning is possible.

Divorce is one of life's most difficult transitions, but it doesn't have to become a courtroom battle.

At Creative Counseling & Studio, we help separating and divorcing parents work together to create practical, child-centered agreements that reduce conflict, improve communication, and provide stability for the future.

Through a structured mediation process, you'll have the opportunity to make important decisions together in a respectful, confidential environment, without leaving those decisions entirely in the hands of the court.

Why Choose Mediation?

Mediation empowers you to remain in control of your family's future.

Rather than having a judge make decisions for your family, mediation allows both parents to work collaboratively toward solutions that fit their unique circumstances.

Mediation can help you:

  • Develop parenting plans

  • Create parenting schedules

  • Improve co-parenting communication

  • Resolve disagreements respectfully

  • Reduce conflict and stress

  • Keep your children's best interests at the center

  • Save time and reduce legal expenses

  • Build agreements that work in real life

Our Mediation Services

Initial Consultation & Information Gathering

We'll discuss your situation, explain the mediation process, answer your questions, and determine whether mediation is appropriate for your family.

Together we'll identify the issues needing resolution and establish priorities for your mediation sessions.

Indiviudal & Joint Mediation Sessions

During structured sessions, both parties work collaboratively to discuss concerns, explore options, and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions.

These meetings are virutal, collaborative and trauma-informed.

Professional Written Agreements

Once agreements are reached, you'll receive professionally prepared documentation summarizing your decisions. These documents may then be reviewed by your attorneys or submitted to the court, when appropriate.
