Hi, I'm Yasmin Henderson!
For more than twenty years, I've dedicated my career to helping people navigate life's most significant transitions. Whether supporting families through difficult conversations, mentoring entrepreneurs as they build successful businesses, or creating websites that help professionals grow their brands, my passion has always been helping people move forward with confidence.
My professional journey began in behavioral health, where I developed a deep understanding of communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and relationship dynamics. Those experiences continue to shape the way I serve clients today, through thoughtful guidance, practical problem-solving, and a collaborative approach.
Today, I divide my professional work between providing therapy through Lifespan Counseling and leading Creative Counseling & Studio, where I specialize in divorce mediation, business coaching, and website development.

I have worked with children, families, adults, couples, organizations, and multidisciplinary teams throughout my career and havw more than 20 years of experience in human services.
I also founded Creative Counseling & Studio in 2019 and Inclusive Healers of the Heartland, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing culturally responsive behavioral health education.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, dancing, painting, or working on my latest creative project.
