More about Dana
"It is my goal to walk alongside others as they start to envision a life that aligns with what they truly value. I have a personal interest in holistic approaches that focus on the mind/body connection. I believe that creative activities, meditation, nutrition, and bodywork (i.e. yoga, breath-work, etc.) can have a tremendous impact on mental health and overall wellbeing. For those that are interested in this, I can help in exploring these approaches by taking small steps that feel safe and doable. I also see value in living in the present moment and believe in the healing effects of nature which can be experienced even in urban settings. My overall goal is to help others reach their full potential and to live the life of their choosing."
