Our Intake Process
Our intake process is transparent,
easy, and 100% online.
Step 1: Contacting the Clinic
Whether you prefer calling, texting or emailing we are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours to learn about your mental health and addictions recovery needs.
Step 3: Creating Your Chart
Once you determine that we are the right fit, we will invite you to the client portal and our secure texting app. From here, you will complete your intake paperwork. 100% mobile and online.
Step 4: Schedule Your Appointment
At this stage, you have a chart, insurance is verified and you are connected to your new therapist. You can now schedule your first appointment on the client portal.
Step 2: Provide Your Info
During outreach, we will gather your name, date of birth, phone number, email, and insurance information. Tell us your story! We want to make sure to match you with the right therapist.
Step 4: Insurance Verification
After your insurance intake forms are completed, we will run a verification of benefits with your plan and inform you of your out-of-pocket costs for therapy services.
Step 5: Ongoing Counseling
During the intake session, your therapist will get to know you. You all will collaborate in deciding the frequency of therapy sessions. Weekly booking online is easy and convenient for you!
