All insurance plans. We will provide you with a superbill to submit your claim to insurance for reimbursement.

Do I have a deductible to meet, and if so, how much?

If my deductible has been met (or I did not have one), do I pay a percentage of the bill

(also called "coinsurance"), a co-pay, or nothing?

FAQs About Billing

Q: I think my insurance will cover my therapy, but I am not sure?

A: During the intake process, we will run an insurance verification and inform you of your costs before starting. This will include any unmet deductibles or copay amounts.

Q: Creative is in network, how much will my sessions cost? 

A: Each insurance plan varies. We will contact your policy and provide the specific billing codes to them. From there, your unique price will be communicated to you.

Q: Creative is not in network with my insurance, what should I do? 

A: We are continually applying for in-network status with insurance plans. Please provide us your insurance information for us to verify. Otherwise, we will provide you with a superbill for reimbursement from your plan. 

Q: I do not have insurance, will I have access to therapy services?

A: If you are open to it, we will help you apply for state Medicaid. In the mean time, we offer discounted rates via sliding scale fee. Check out the sliding scale fee preview above.
