Jennifer is a licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska, licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Montana, and a nationally registered art therapist. Jennifer specializes in working with adults, children and teens struggling with addiction, trauma, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, and depression. Jennifer practices using art therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing.
Jennifer provides individual telehealth counseling with Creative Counseling and Studio. She practices mental health care using person-centered and trauma-informed approaches. Jennifer has extensive experience engaging young people who struggle with self-expression. She has worked at higher levels of care such as residential treatment, behavioral education programs and addiction recovery clinics. She is experienced and excited to help you meet your mental health goals.

"I am passionate about helping clients cope with anxiety and depression. I have experience working with people who struggle with verbal expression, low self esteem and impaired social skills.
